Lessoncairn — Teacher Pro subscription terms (2026-10-29.1) Lessoncairn is operated by James Lindsay, trading as Lessoncairn, 13 Victoria Terrace, Jarrow, NE32 5SF, United Kingdom. Support, cancellation and complaints: support@teachflow-ai.com. Teacher Pro costs £9.99 GBP per month including any applicable tax, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no annual commitment or additional usage charge. Review and correct the order on Stripe checkout before subscribing. The service and contract are in English. Paid access begins when successful payment is confirmed. Teacher Pro includes 100 AI credits per UTC calendar month, private saving, editing and exports. An outline costs 1 credit and each full lesson pack costs 1; one complete lesson normally uses 2 credits. Credits reset on the first day of each month in UTC, independently of your billing date, and do not roll over. Failed generation does not use a user credit. This is an early release. AI generation depends on provider availability and a shared service spending limit, currently $4 USD per UTC month across all users. This may pause generation before you use your allowance. Saved work, editing and exports remain available. If this prevents you using paid AI generation, email support for a refund of the affected subscription month. There are no automatic overage charges. Cancel anytime in Account & Settings → Manage billing, or email support. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. You may continue with the free workspace. Clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription. For your first subscription, cancel within 14 days of purchase and request a full refund, even if you have used credits. Email support with your account email and purchase date. Access returns to the free plan when cancellation/refund is processed. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the request; banking processing time can apply. This does not restrict statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed services. Cancellation form (optional): To James Lindsay, Lessoncairn, support@teachflow-ai.com: I wish to cancel my Lessoncairn subscription. Account email: ___. Purchase date: ___. Name: ___. Date: ___. Any clear cancellation request is accepted. Teaching outputs are drafts and can contain mistakes. Review facts, answers, curriculum references, age suitability, accessibility and safety before classroom use. No education-authority approval or professional accreditation is claimed. Do not submit identifiable pupil data or material you lack permission to use. Keep backups of important work. AI generation and data sharing: private processing is the default. Requests use a separate OpenAI project with training sharing disabled unless you make the optional sharing choice at signup or in Account & Settings. Your price, model and AI allowance are the same with either choice. Read https://lessoncairn.com/privacy for the information sent and provider handling. Only submit non-personal, non-confidential material you are authorised to share for those purposes. Permission to use material for teaching may not include permission to share it for model development. Do not include identifiable pupil, parent or colleague information, health or safeguarding records, confidential school content or material you lack the necessary rights to share. Removing names alone may not make information anonymous. If you opt in, OpenAI may use your generation inputs and outputs to develop and improve its services, including training models. Lessoncairn receives an associated complimentary-token benefit that helps fund the service. This purpose is additional to generating your lesson. You can turn sharing off in Account & Settings; future requests then use private processing. This cannot recall material already shared or reverse its use in training. Normal provider security and abuse-monitoring retention can apply to private requests; our request not to retain retrievable Responses API state is not a promise of zero retention. These terms do not retrospectively authorise earlier disclosures, waive privacy rights or transfer Lessoncairn’s responsibilities to you. Lessoncairn is intended for adult educators aged 18 and over, using their own accounts. It is not a pupil account service, student records system or automated grading or admissions service. Do not use it to make decisions about an identifiable pupil. You retain rights in your own material. Check third-party rights before publishing AI outputs, which may not be unique or protected by copyright. Contact support with a problem and requested remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or applicable mandatory consumer protections. Save or print these terms for your records. Privacy: https://lessoncairn.com/privacy.
